Jake Mazulewicz Ph.D.

Dr. Jake J. Mazulewicz got hooked on Applied Psychology in 1987 and has been teaching, training, consulting and speaking on various topics within the field since then. He has worked as a Firefighter, Emergency Medic, U.S. Army Paratrooper, Researcher and University Professor, and has completed advanced training in leadership training, Brain-Based Teaching & Learning strategies, instructional design, and large and small group facilitation.

Dr. Mazulewicz has delivered experiential teambuilding and leadership development programs to clients including: GE Fanuc, Capital One, Seagram's Beverages, and The Federal Executive Institute, and is currently a Senior Training Consultant for Virginia's Office of Emergency Medical Services. He earned his Ph.D. in Education from the University of Virginia, and currently teaches Organizational Behavior and Leadership for Bentley College. He lives near Boston with his wife Kate.

Bruce Fenton

Bruce Fenton is an entrepreneur who has spent much of his adult life in the study of what makes leaders effective.  In 1994, Mr. Fenton founded Atlantic Financial.  Prior to founding Atlantic Financial, Bruce Fenton worked for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter (formerly Dean Witter) starting in 1992, where he was one of the youngest stockbrokers in the history of the company.  Mr. Fenton has written for several publications such as the Massachusetts Bar Association Lawyers Journal and Mass Lawyers Weekly and was co-host of an investment related television show. 

Bruce has been quoted by: “The Washington Post”, “The Los Angeles Times”, “Investor’s Business Daily”, “Fortune”, “Bloomberg”, “The National Law Journal”, “The Journal of Accountancy”, “The American Bar Association Lawyer’s Weekly”, “The National Law Journal”, “Fortune Small Business Magazine”, and several other publications. 

Bruce appears as a guest speaker at several events each year.  Past events have included featured speaker engagements at Tony Robbin’s Wealth Mastery, International Consultants in Management of Tokyo and USA, and the International Investment Forum of Kuwait and various leadership training groups. 

Bruce is a veteran of the US Navy, a marathon runner, and amateur martial artist.  He lives in Duxbury, Massachusetts with his wife.
